 Patriot Realty is finalizing plans for Phase I to develop a luxury 306 unit multifamily property located on 11 acres in the Central Business District in Laurel, Maryland. The site is ideally located near the Laurel MARC station and was acquired by Patriot Realty in November 2006. The project will be LEED Certified and has received final site plan approval. Patriot Realty is the development manager overseeing the development team during construction and will own the property at completion. Patriot Management will oversee leasing and operations.
