The 5.6 acre site is located on Washington Boulevard less than 1 mile north of the MARC station in Laurel, Maryland. Patriot Realty managed all aspects of the predevelopment, construction oversight and lease up. Patriot Management currently provides management services. Patriot Realty provided the equity capital with acquisition and construction financing provided by Chevy Chase Bank.
