Development of 8045 at Silver Spring Metro Condominiums
Patriot Realty in 2005 developed this luxury 6-story 120 unit residential condominium with underground parking near the Metro Transit Center in Silver Spring, Maryland. This was the first condominium development in Silver Spring in almost a decade and was very successful with 100% sales completed in 8 months. Patriot Realty managed all aspects of the predevelopment and construction and unit sales and settlements. Patriot Realty provided the equity capital and Bank of America provided construction financing.
